was created in 1999 by Jaime Comenge.• This project was inspired by Miguel Comenge, father of the founder and author of ;La Vid y los Vinos Españoles,, the first scientific book on the situation of the harvest in Spain.We have organic certification, both in vineyards and in our processing practices. We have a manual selection system of three phases: manual harvest ingeshs of 15 kg in the vineyard, and in the winery, selection of individual bunches and berries one by one after destemming.•We have a fermentation system patented all over the world and native natural yeast selected of our vinyards
