Description
Single-estate Albariño from the Condado de Tea subzone, DO Rías Baixas.
Handpicked harvest with a strict fruit selection from the vineyard. Three types of vinification: 1/ 3 of the grapes undergo low temperature maceration (at 11 ºC ), 1/3 whole bunch pressing and 1/3 direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats during 10-15 days at controlled temperature, looking for the terroir typicity and varietal expression.
